NO FISHING ZONE MARTINIQUE
MARITIME RESERVES OF GUADELOUPE
(see also the map of the end of the page).
 GRAND CUL-DE-SAC MARIN : All activity inside the natural reserve is
regulated. Family activities and recreation are authorized, as long they do not
interfere with the fauna and flora of the reserve. But there exist
severe interdictions: - Water-ski and all types of Water
scooters, -
Hunting, - Disposing of garbage,
rubbish or waste -
Lighting fires, camping and bivouacking,
- Flying over the protected zones -
Scuba diving
with bottles.
Around the
ILET FAJOU, all fishing, picking, collecting marine organisms
alive or dead are strictly forbidden. Fishing for baits done from professionals
is regulated. In the other sectors, only line fishing from a boat is
allowed. Bait fishing done by professionals with throwing-nets might be
authorized by the DRAM under conform note from the Parc National. ILET PIGEON (from Malendure point
to Mahault point) : Maritime fishing, be it professional or recreational
is forbidden with the exception of fishing with ( senne pélagique ) and with
baits used by regularly inscribed professional fishermen.
ILETS
DE PETITE-TERRE : The limits of
the natural reserve (managed by the Office National de Forêts) are marked with 6
buoys of the type “special marks” with scintillating lights. This buoys
surround largely the Petite-Terre. -
Anchoring is regulated: A
row of ten white buoys situated at the left of the entry into the lagoon it at
disposal for pleasure boats. The 5 buoys on the right (marked blue & white)
are reserved for the professionals which are authorized to serve Petit-Terre, - Fishing is forbidden (except for authorized professionals),
- Water-Ski and all Types of Water-Scooters are forbidden.
- Diving is regulated, -
Stationing at the
beaches, forbidden in the provided zones. -
Accessing the isle
Terre de Haut is forbidden.
ST-BARTHELEMY
: 5 secteurs réglementés de Gustavia à Petit Cul
de Sac y compris les îles : - Pêche réglementée pour les professionnels
(appâts et senne), pêche à la ligne autorisée seulement pour les
plaisanciers si le navire n'est pas mouillé, - Ski
nautique interdit, - Mouillage uniquement dans les zones autorisées
(corps morts obligatoires dans certaines zones), -
Plongée réglementée.
ST-MARTIN : Zone Nord/Est : -
Ski nautique et scooter des mers interdits, - Mouillages réglementés, -
Pêche interdite sauf si appâts à l'épervier
et sennes pélagiques, - Interdiction de
survol à moins de 300 mètres
